The extent of the disappointments we come across everyday differ, but what usually dominates is the word – Sorry!
The word prevails regardless of the magnitude of the offense that was committed.
People are liable to errors and trying to tame this reality would be cutting short into your own joy.
Just the other day I was praying and I asked to be granted with tolerance for people in general. I had noticed my patience escaping lightning fast.
It then came to me that, it is either I learnt how to live with people or I prepared to be on my own for good; without family, friends, colleagues, etc. (which was not even a possibility)
The fact of the matter is that, people are liable to errors and trying to tame this reality would be cutting short into your own joy.
We operate on free will, which means that we’re capable of our own choices. And our choices sometimes might not be necessarily favorable to someone else.
We are imperfect beings, we’re often misguided but our mistakes only make us human.
Somehow we have to align with this reality on our own accord and adjust psychologically. That’s the least we can control and the rest (other people’s behavior) is not up to us.
Errors are a requisite when you’re dealing with people and that much I’d like to believe that we understand. Ours is to look further into the processes of adaptation and forgiveness, and bend to their will. That’s just about the beauty of life.
